How about making the data file into one single file?  This would allow an eProfile data file to be sent via S2S to another school.

Can you ensure that the data file(s) are encrypted on a disk or other drive so that it is impossible for anyone to "see" inside them?

QCA produces a Quality Assurance checklist, which looks at how certain scale points or groups of points relate to other scale points.  It would be unusual, for instance, for a pupil with a poor disposition to learning to achieve a high overall score, or a child with high writing skills to have a poor physical development score.

It'd be useful to have this sort of checking inside eProfile.

..that would have to include all comments as well?
