During the Tennis Tournament on 27 and 28 June, some children may need to leave the new Astro courts to attend music lessons in school, crossing the road in pairs unsupervised.  If you would prefer for your child to be supervised while crossing the road, please inform Catherine Jones.

All T2 children should come to school wearing their PE shirt, tracksuit and trainers.  Please ensure that your child also brings their School cagoule, wellington boots and sun hat in a strong carrier bag and that you have applied SPF35-60 suncream before arrival at school.  All travel sickness medical should also be administered before school.

You will find attached a list of all ensembles and performers.  Please remember that all children in Forms 1 and 2 will be participating in the large Byron House Choir.  Seating will be strictly limited in order to comply with the concert hall’s strict safety regulations and so tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Chapel Choir Perform in School Summer Concert, West Road Concert Hall

The School Chapel Choir will lead Sunday Evensong at St Andrew’s Church, Impington on Sunday 9 June.  Please ensure that your child arrives on time complete with blazer.  The Chapel Choir will also be performing in the School Summer Concert, taking place at West Road Concert Hall on Monday 1 July, further details of which will be sent in due course.

The Parents’ Association is asking for your help in making a quilt from everyone at SJCS for the Royal baby, due in July.  Any and all fabric is acceptable – either from something you or your child once loved or simply something you find beautiful.  Please drop off your fabric with either Catherine Jones at Senior House or Nicci Martin at Byron House.
