·         Leave from School in the evening of the 8th of Feb (time TBC)

·         Travel Overnight to Toulouse where our accommodation will be in the regional Sports Centre of Excellence.

·         Playing 2 x Rugby League Fixtures per age group against local school/club opposition 

·         A stadium tour and training session with the Toulouse 1^st team and coaching staff. 

·         Travel to Biarritz for the 2nd half of the tour

·         Playing 2 x Rugby Union Fixture per age group against local school/club opposition

·         Tickets to watch a Top 14 (French Rugby’s top league) game in Biarritz

·         A sightseeing tour of the region.

The students will be participating in fixtures or activities every day but will have spare time to enjoy the facilities provided by the Sports Centre of Excellence which include:

·         Rugby Pitch

·         Football Pitch

·         6 Tennis Courts

·         3 Bowling Pitches

·         Basketball Court

·         Conference Rooms

·         Restaurant

·         TV Room

Accommodation will be in 4/5 person rooms with en-suite facilities. Breakfast and Dinner is included and pack lunches will be provided when required.

There will be a ratio of 1 member of staff to every 10 pupils, and we will take a French speaking teacher with us on the trip. We will have access to our coach at all times during the tour and the boys will be supervised at all times.

The school, in conjunction with our tour operator will organise all the relevant insurances and risk assessments in order for the tour go be as smoothly and safely as possible. Should you wish to see any of the documentation please ask Mr Mathe in the PE Dept.
