Grade/Salary: RG4, Spine points 21 - 25 from £19,126 per annum
(Overtime available for additional hours worked)
Full time; 37 hours per week
We are a large primary school on two main sites looking for a Site Controller to join our team to look after the security and maintenance of our school premises. The successful candidate will work closely with the School Business Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and security at both sites, and for maintaining the school site in a clean, tidy and sound condition.
The postholder will have experience in premises management and/or site maintenance in a school or similar environment, and qualifications and/or appropriate experience in carrying out minor building maintenance works. Ideally the successful candidate will have a range of practical skills that they can bring to the role, and be IT literate. They will be flexible, approachable and hardworking, and have a good knowledge of health and safety legislation and safe working practices.
