Welcome to Stroud High School Admissions Information

Stroud High School operates within the Gloucestershire Co-ordinated Admissions Scheme for entry to Year 7.  Please contact the In-year Admissions Team at the Local Authority in the first instance for entry to other years.

Registration for the entrance test for Year 7 for 2013 has now closed. 
 

Secondary School places are allocated by the Local Authority on 1 March 2013.  After that date the reconsideration stage runs until 31 March 2013 and some places may become available during this stage.  After this Stroud High School will operate a waiting list and there may be a little movement on this list if allocated students decline their place.

Admission Appeals may be lodged from 1 April 2013 and must be lodged by Friday 19 April 2013.  Please write to the Clerk to the Appeals Panel c/o Stroud High School to lodge your appeal in the first instance.  If you prefer you may email the school at admin@stroudhigh.gloucs.sch.ukAn appeal form will then be sent to you.   Appeals will be held at The Bear of Rodborough between 10 and 14 June.
