Operations Committee:
This committee deals primarily with staffing matters. It approves appointments and any changes to the staffing structure within the school. It also monitors and reviews many of the major policies which regulate the way in which the school operates – things such as Health and Safety, and Safeguarding. A recent concern of the committee has been how to develop a fuller engagement with parents.
