Science Fair
A brilliant success! Thank you to all who helped and made the Science Fair possible and to all the parents and children who attended. Below are some of your comments:

Children in Need – Friday 16th November
On Friday 16th November you can come to school dressed in your pyjamas or something spotty for ‘Children in Need’ for a donation £1 which will go to Children in Need.
Christmas Dinner
Christmas dinner is on Wednesday 19th December. Please complete the Christmas dinner envelope which is coming home with your child and return it to school by 30th November. If you do not pre-order a Christmas dinner then you will need to provide your child with a packed lunch on this day. No extra dinner orders will be accepted after 30th November.
Travelling Book Fair
A big ‘thank you’ to all who purchased books from the Travelling Book Fair we raised £250 for books for school.
Prayer Meetings
The following prayer meetings will be held at the school, on Thursday 22nd November and Thursday 6th December at 2pm and will finish at about 2.50pm. Please come and join the group as they pray for the work of the school.
Reception Reading Workshop
There will be a Reading Workshop in Miss Leigh’s classroom for Reception parents on Monday 26th November at 3.15pm. All Reception parents welcome.
Stay & Play in Recpetion
Reception will be holding Stay & Play sessions until 9.45am on the following dates:
29th November – Ducklings & Cygnets
30th November – Chicks & Goslings
Please stay and join in with your child.

Nursery Closure
Nursery Parents - the Nursery will be closed all day on Thursday 20th December due to the new nursery parents’ meeting (starters January 2013) and the whole school carol service at church in the afternoon.
