In P.E we have 4 terms, autumn, winter, spring and summer in which we do different activities. For example in winter we do football and rugby and in spring you do athletics and you do Javelin, Sprinting, discus and many more!!!!
With P.E you have your own changing room one boy one which you share with all the boys in your side if the year. Also you have a girl one with all the girls on the same side as you who are in the other changing rooms which is upstairs. You have showers there to clean up and get rid of the sweat you have, after the lesson!!!!
In P.E you do sports in the hall and also in the hall you do high jump. On the field and in the large sports hall. In the large sports hall you do quick cricket and normal cricket. On the field is were the athletics such as javelin and running also you do football and rugby.
No matter what the weather you still have to do P.E!!Unless it's really bad like an hurricane but, that won't happen!
The P.E lessons always keep your valuables safe as they have a valuable bag were they keep your properties such as mobile phone,iPods, and watches!!!!
Also P.E do lots of sporty clubs so check the club page!!
P.E is a very fun lesson the one you'll enjoy the most! You are given your own P.E kit in which you will have two different tops. One for rugby and the other for all the other activities you do!
For P.E your kit will have to wear, white socks, and white trainers. You'll also have to keep the shorts and the tops that you have buy, otherwise you'll be given a DETENTION!!!!!!!
If you want to find out were the P.E lesson is it is near the hall or you can go to reception to ask where the P.E block is!!
In P.E you learn about the Hakka which is a dance that the New Zealand rugby club dance and sing to. The dance is to scare away the other teams. In year 7you do the Hakka Dance as a assessment.
Also, before you go into the changing room there is a sheet on the wall which tells you what you have to do to get a higher grade.
Other activities you can do, you can do gymnastics, rounders, hurdles, and you can do swimming. Girls do swimming first for a whole term then the boys do it for a whole term once the girls have finished.
