In Year 5/6
We will be learning all about Harry Potter!
Children recieved a personalised letter today (24/05/13). We would like to reassure parents that they do not need to make any purchases for equipment - we just copied the page from the text!
Most of our topic will be taught through literacy, and we will be writing about new characters, explaining how Quidditch works, and exploring the mystical magical world of Hogwarts. We are all very excited about this topic!
We are currently fundraising for a trip to the Harry Potter Studios...watch this space for trip details!

Year 5 and 6 Classes:
BRAZIL - Mrs Brydon, Miss Cornish and Miss Sheppard
THAILAND - Miss Udy, Miss Lodge and Mr Jones
AUSTRALIA - Mrs Colbourne, Miss Cooper, Mrs Keay and Miss Guinelly
PE this term is on Tuesdays and Fridays. Year 6 will be rehearsing for their leavers performance, while Year 5 will be taking part in playground games. Let's hope that it's sunny!
Please make sure that you have a change of top and trousers, and suitable shoes to take part in PE lessons, and you will need to change back into school uniform after your PE lessons. Personal hygiene is important, and in the warmer months it is important that you at least have a change of top for exercising.
