Post 16 exam results officially good!!
ADDED VALUE BEATS GOVERNMENT TARGET
The official 2009 statistics have been published by the Department for Children, Schools, and Families which prove that last year the college Post 16 results exceeded the government target for added value.
POINTS SCORE AT FOUR YEAR HIGH
The Average point score per student and per exam entry (which tell you how well students do overall and in each of their exams) are at a four year high.
WELL DONE TO STAFF AND STUDENTS
We can properly salute the achievements of the students and staff who did so well.
Unfortunately OFSTED said they could not consider these figures in the autumn as they were not validated at the time. That decision is under review.
