Wow!! Where is the time going? Here we are in Term 3 and once again Kingfishers have lots to do!!
Our topic this term in Houses and Homes.
We will be finding out about the type of house we live in and discussing their features. We may even visit our homes using Google Maps!!
We will be finding out the materials that are used to build a house and also looking for clues that tell us when a house was built.
Over the term we will read lots of traditional stories. We will be learning about the difference settings and characters in these stories and also discussing the type of houses and homes in the stories.
In maths we are continuing our number work and have started to subtract numbers as well as add.
We are practising recall the double of a number and our number bonds to 10.
