MANOR INFANT SCHOOL
Manor Infant School serves a community bound by St. Mary’s Road, Kingston Road and Powerscourt Road.
It was established as a First School in 1985 and designated in September 1994 as an Infant School for children from 4 - 7 years old.
The school is the hub of North Fratton Childrens Centre which provide a range of activities for children, 0 – 5 years. The school has nine large, bright classrooms and a purpose-built nursery all of which have an excellent range of high quality resources. It also has a large music room. There is a medical room and a shower room including a disabled toilet in the administrative area of the school. The library has been refurbished and the Foundation Stage play area and playground have been further enhanced. The policy of Governors is to keep class sizes as low as possible. Each year group has parallel classes, with teachers planning together. |
