“Opening the door to learning and life”

Dear Parent
Thank you for showing an interest in our school. All Saints Primary is a happy, caring school with a strong focus on individual children; every child is special to us. We are committed to whole child development and therefore personal and social education is an integral part of all we do. We emphasise the need to respect each other and the world around us and form part of the Wokingham Town East Extended Services Schools Cluster which aims to meet the needs of children and young people across our whole community and develop community cohesion
At All Saints School we encourage children to have positive attitudes to learning and expect them to work hard to achieve the highest standards they can.  We promote self-discipline and independence at a level appropriate to age and maturity. Links with parents are considered extremely important and we encourage parents to be actively involved in their child’s education. This may include parents offering to help in school or supporting their children with home learning. A key focus for us is smooth transition between key stages and children are supported through each change in their learning journey.  We have strong links with local secondary schools and pupils from these schools regularly do work experience or community service with us. We are also a partner with Reading University and value this learning link.

A positive feature of our school is the provision of a special resourced unit for children with physical disabilities. This enhances our commitment to equal opportunities for all children and helps children understand that we are all different but are all valued.

The children of All Saints School enjoy a wealth of opportunity for extra-curricular activities. We have a history of good sporting and musical achievements and encourage all children in these areas of the curriculum both in and out of school hours.

As you navigate through our website, you will appreciate that at the heart of our school is a strong moral code based on Christian values. We hope you will find the contents of the website informative. If you require any further information, or would like to visit the school, please do not hesitate to contact us.
