Here are some links to some essential software to help you do your work at home

Open Office is a free office suite that can read and write Microsoft Office formats if you do not have Microsoft Office.

If you have problems with Internet Explorer and the clc, download Firefox, an alternative - for free.
|

In order for the pages on the clc to load correctly, you need to make sure Java is installed on your computer. Make sure you have the latest version.

You may need Media player to plays Videos on our clc. You need the correct player for your computer - talk to your parents before downloading and installing.
|
|
|
This is a free bit of software so you can resize your pictures to go on the clc. The best size is 367 x 275 pixels.

|
Some of the documents on the clc are in pdf format and can only be read by the free Adobe Reader. Ask your parents for help to make sure you download the correct version

You can also save your work as a pdf file which can be read by anyone with the free software. Download and install the free download and free converter.

Inkscape is an excellent free drawing program - it is on the school server - you can download it for free.
