The Nodehill Meteorology Club was set up in 2004 to fuel the British obsession with weather in the next generation of pupils, teaching them how to predict the weather and inviting them to make their own forecasts for the weekend each week.
We boast a 70% accuracy rate which is more accurate than the weather forecasts from the well paid television presenters!
In our time we have had forecasting competitions with ITV weatherman, Martyn Davies and been featured in the Times Educational Supplement and the Isle of Wight County Press.
