Our school was first opened in 1864 and was enlarged in 1890. Additions were made, until the present building was erected in 1972. In 1995, the new extension was built giving an extra two classrooms. Our Sure Start Children’s Centre was opened in 2008,this caters for children from 2 years to 5 years old. As a Church of England School, we promote the teachings of Jesus; each child is treated with respect and we aim to foster independence and responsibility. We have an open door policy and value the support of parents.
