Waingels College is justly proud of its Sixth Form. It is very successful and well established offering a real quality of education to a large number of students. Our educational provision combines the traditional quality standard of A level with a constant programme of curriculum improvement to ensure we prepare our students for the 21st century.
Our high quality teaching staff and learning facilities combine with well-motivated students to ensure that our examination results remain consistently above national averages, with 100% pass rates the norm rather than the exception.
Each year the majority of our students go on to take up places at universities, while some start employment or a planned gap year.
Above all, our students are able to reflect very positively on their time in the Sixth Form as supported, challenging and fulfilling.
