Brighton & Hove City Council Hub > Learning > Secondary > Networks > Geography

Welcome to the Brighton and Hove CPD network which is led by Graham Goldup and Maria Larkin from Cardinal Newman Catholic School in Hove. This network has been up and running since 2004 and has already done some sterling work in the local area. The RGS-IBG plans to support the continuation of this work, encourage other local schools to get involved, and share the good practice of the network through these pages.

The aims of the network are to:

  • Give teachers in the area access to new ideas and innovation
  • Develop a high profile for geography within the Local Authority
  • Involve local primary schools and HE institutions
