As a 'Be Healthy Rep', your key role will be to lead the improvements in the ways that TEAM Velmead can live healthy lives, and to help us all to understand how to be a Healthy School.  You will need to:

  • Inspire others to understand the main issues.
  • Work effectively in a group with 11 others.
  • Communicate the group's ideas to your class and the wider school community.
  • Create posters and other displays.
  • Make sure the ideas are acted upon properly.
  • Take time to reflect on how well you and the rest of the group have done.
The team will meet approximately twice a month and there will be some work to do between meetings.

Each member of the 'Be Healthy' committee will receive a badge to identify them in their role.
