Our topic this term is...DINOSAURS!

We sorted dinosaurs according to our own criteria. Jude sorted the dinosaurs by whether they had horns or not. How would you have sorted the dinosaurs? |
| We have been making our own dinosaur landscape boxes. We painted our designs on to the boxes. Lots of us decided to include volcanoes in our landscape. |

Then we cut out our own card dinosaurs to go in our dinosaur landscapes. |
| We have even made our own fossils. We used plasticine to make a mould and then used plaster of paris to make the finished fossil. They look really realistic! |

We visited the local library and shared bookw with each other. We managed to find some non-fiction dinosaur books and learn some new information. |
| We asked the librarian some questions about her job and what happens in the library. We wanted to know how to make our library book corner more realistic. She gave us lots of really good tips. |
