Meet our Staff

Mr Pascall

A geologist by training. He likes rocks! Its rumoured that he is as big as a cliff! He's also the Subject Leader of Geography. This is Mr P standing on a volcano in Iceland on a school trip in 2008. Mr Pascall is also the Duke of Edinburgh Manager for the school. Contact andypascall@lgs.slough.sch.uk or @andypascall

Dan Jordan
Mr Mace

Mr Mace studied geography at St Catherine's College, Oxford. He followed this with an MSc in Environmental Geomorphology doing research on rock breakdown in coastal areas and Mars. He arrived at LGS in 2006 after a PGCE and MA in Education at Durham University.      Now he mainly teaches the A-level human geography courses. The rest of his time is spent being an Advanced Skills Teacher focussing on Gifted & Talented students both at the school and in the two Day-a-Week schools hosted at Marish and Cippenham Primary Schools.

Mr Aplin

On loan from PE. Rarely seen here out of his PE kit on his own street! Some people... Its rumoured he can run faster than a cliff can collapse. Mr Aplin recently ran the school's year 12 expedition to Jordan.
