FS1 operates a keyperson system with groups of up to 8 children for each Keyworker/ Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), the majority of whom are qualified or working towards Level 3 standard.
Each of the F2 groups have 1 Class Teacher and 1 Learning Support Assistant.
