Piggott School Reporters' Page

The Piggott School Reporters' Project is run by the English Department, each year working together with the BBC to produce news reports.

Every March, students from the school have taken part in a national day, along with over 500 other UK schools, where they have produced a video news report.

In 2009-10, we have expanded the project, involving more students and maintaining the reporting for the whole year.

Year 8 and 9 pupils are taking part, working on the day on March 11th 2010 and producing reports about what is happening in school and the local community throughout the year.

On this page you will find their reports, a mix of video and audio.

Check back regularly to see what is happening at The Piggott School and with the project.

Year 8: Georgie, Chloe, Tia, Katie, Leo, James, Hannah, Claire, Ruairidh, Daniel,
