WELCOME BACK TO JUNIOR GREEK - YOU ARE NOW PROMOTED TO SENIOR GREEK!
  
You are a member of the elite - the top group in the most prestigious subject, so congratulations! The time we have together is pitifully little so please make every effort to attend each lesson and make up for any lost work if you are forced to miss one. The plan over the next year is simply to go as far as we can in the course book written by John Taylor - uncharted territory in the main, as you will be the most advanced group yet in this subject at ECC! Quite an adventure...
 
SPRING TERM 2013
 
Week 1: read up chapter 5 on accents.
 
Week 2: Learn third declension endings written in ex. bks. Revise the complete definite article. Add the six exampnlers of  3rd decl. nouns with their genitives to vocab books and learn.
 
 Week 3: learn new vocab for CYCLOPS  story.

IMPORTANT NOTICE! REMEMBER THAT OWING TO SUCCESSIVE BELGIUM/MUSIC DEPT. TRIPS FOLLOWED BY HALF TERM, THE NEXT LESSON WILL BE ON MARCH 1st.

AUTUMN TERM 2012
 
For October 19th: finish FROGS (2) P.54.
 
October 26th: no lesson because Yr 11 is on work experience.

First week back after half term: learn all necessary vocab p.60 and add the four important fem. nouns belonging to the 2nd declension to your vocab book, making sure you have memorised them.
