The Family Information Service (FIS) is free, impartial service giving detailed information and advice on childcare as well as general information on a wide range of services for children and young people aged 0-19 years and their families in the city. There is also a drop in session service at Brighton Town Hall Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
We also have a direct link at our school Mrs Jane Timson who can be a point of contact for information and advice. Jane is available on a Wednesday at drop in sessions in the Acorn Room (Study Support Room) between 3.00pm-4.15 where you can also access the internet. There are two information boards which are updated regularly on the lower corridor outside Cherry Tree Class and just inside the main school entrance. Also there is the Family Information Folder which gives information about services for families, childcare and activities in your community. Please ask at the office if you would like to have a look. |
