 EMPLOYABILITY
Although academic achievement remains important for achieving future aspirations, employers are telling us that students should also be leaving school 'work ready'.

We are involved in the Government led initiative D2N2 which aims to raise the profile of Employability for students between Year7 and Year11.

Our Employability Aims:
1.All students will have had six meaningful encounters with an employer by the time they reach the end of Year 11.
2. All students will be able to evidence where they have met the ten employability goals by the time they reach the end of Year 11.

From September 2016, all students from Year 7 to Year 11 will be issued with an Employability Passport where they can track, record and reflect on the above.
