Dear Parents,
There will be a change
of school meals contractor as from the 1st August 2012. We need to
inform you of the following information from the present catering contractor
Edwards & Ward concerning payment for lunch monies leading up to the end of
term and any outstanding credits that
may be left.
1. PAYMENT
BY CHEQUE
Cheques for school
lunches will not be accepted by E&W after 25th June 2012.
2. ADVANCE
PAYMENTS
No payments should be
made to Edwards and Ward for meals in September 2012; if these are received
they will not be accepted and parents will be advised.
3. CREDITS
Credits for meals
already paid for and not taken at the close of term on 20th July
2012 will be refunded by E&W to parents.
