Gathering/organise - What do I know about this?
The children were asked to discuss everything they knew about shape. This activity can be done at any point in a unit on shape. If it is done at the beginning this discussion will act as a way of identifying gaps in their learning, if the activity is carried out at the end of a unit it can be used as an assessment tool.
Identify - What is the task?
To design and create something that teaches someone else about shape.
Implement - Let's do it!
 Various games, presentations, dance, poems etc on a element of shape.  
One group decided to make a poster of a man made up of 2D shapes.
This is an example of a sheet the group used to collect their ideas.
