It gives me great pleasure to welcome and introduce you to Sherwin Knight Community Infant School.

Sherwin Knight Infant School is a vibrant and happy school with a team of enthusiastic and committed staff. At the centre of our ethos is the belief that our children should enjoy the school ‘experience’ whilst reaching their full potential in a warm, caring and supportive environment.

The staff work hard as a team to ensure that we provide a broad, balanced and challenging creative curriculum, which encourages a love of learning and life within a stimulating teaching and learning environment where each individual child can flourish.

We aim for the best for every child who attends our school, in academic standards, in standards of behaviour and in encouraging children to be concerned for the well-being of others as much as for themselves. 

We value highly our liaison with parents and carers and welcome your involvement in the education of your child and in the life of the school in general.
