An online repository of coursework with tools which enable the organisation and presentation of electronic evidence, assembled and managed online by each cLc user.

There are 3 key features:

My Homepage – A tool that allows each cLc user to set up their own individual ePortfolio home page allowing them to create an online personal statement, which can also be viewed by other cLc users.

My Resources – Allows the user to create/manage/share:

•   Downloadable Files (e.g. Word, multimedia, images)
• Zip Bulk Upload
• Sound Clip
• Custom Pages
• Tasks
• Surveys
• Wiki
• Forums
• SCORM package
• Web links
• Blogs

My Blogs/ Forums - Enables the user to have an overview of all of the Blogs or Forums that they have created.

To turn on Eportfolio you will need to refer to User Manager

Please note: The ePortfolio feature and its tools are only available if they have been enabled by UniServity. Please speak to your Client Services Manager or contact support for more info.

The access rights to view an ePortfolio are governed by the User Directory Security settings. It is possible for cLc Managers to restrict viewing access to users ePortfolio’s using profile sets e.g. Adults only, Students only, or a particular year profile set.
