Gender stereotyping and sexism
Please find a range of resources to support teaching and learning that challenges gender stereotyping and sexism and promote gender equality. Teaching and learning in this area will prevent sexist and sexual bullying, support work on developing equal and respectful relationships and also contribute to reducing homophobia and transphobia. This contributes to learning outcomes that are in both the equality and diversity curriculum framework and the relationships and sex education curriculum framework.

If you would like support in reviewing and developing this aspect of your PSHE education curriculum please email pshe@brighton-hove.gov.uk
